The Warsteiner Brewery has signed a long-term deal with UK beer importer James Clay and Sons as exclusive UK distributor for all beer brands from 1st January.
James Clay and Sons are well known for discovering and developing import brands that help influence and shape the UK market. The company is particularly known for world class heritage brands from Europe.
Warsteiner is a ninth generation family brewery, in operation since 1753. It brings a long pedigree of quality beers from across its breweries in Germany.
“We are delighted to bring Warsteiner into our portfolio as a brewery with family values and long-term thinking, closely aligned with James Clay and Sons,” said James Clay.
“It is our joint ambition to elevate Warsteiner with like-minded trade customers and consumers to create a national brand synonymous with the high-quality lager brewing that Germany is internationally famous for.”
