Three Acre is a craft brewery based in the countryside at Blackboys, born from hobby home brewing. It opened in 2019.

The brewery founders say they are responding to public demand with the taproom plan. It will be located on the High Street in Uckfield.

“Our new venue will be a warm, welcoming space for all, with great people, a great atmosphere, and even better beer,” say the brewery team in their pitch.

“We’ll serve pints of our delicious, award-winning cask and keg beers (and featured guests), support local producers by stocking a range of their quality produce, host live music events, run meet-the-brewer evenings, and much more.

“But it’s not just about beer — during the day, we’ll be serving the finest coffee blends, proper cups of tea, and local produce. A multi-purpose space for the community to enjoy.”
