Magic Rock Brewery and distiller Masons of Yorkshire have teamed up with Morrisons to launch Botanicalist, a zesty gin and tonic IPA.
Coming in at 6% ABV, the beer packed to the brim with juniper, botanicals, and hops, all brewed and canned in Yorkshire.
Combining state-of-the-art distilling with cutting-edge brewing techniques, it’s a mix of eight botanicals alongside a clean and crisp classic IPA.
It bursts with hoppy flavour, punchy citrus, grapefruit, and pine, with a trace of sweet bitterness. It has been hopped with Mosaic, Centennial, Cascade, Columbus, and Lemondrop hops.
“This is proper Yorkshire goodness, we are so proud of our locality, so when given the opportunity to conjure up a beer with the Masons team we jumped on it,” said Vik Kastenbauer Stronge, senior brand manager at Magic Rock Brewing.
