Verdant Brewing Co is bringing its Falmouth-based Seafood Bar to the Tate St Ives, Cornwall, for one day only, on Sunday, 17th September.
The Seafood Bar places importance on sustainability. This is reflected in the local, low-intervention, Cornish seafood menu Verdant has put together for Tate St Ives.
During the day, the Café at Tate St Ives will be host to an a la carte mini-seafood menu, specially curated by The Seafood Bar. There will be a selection of Verdant beers on tap.
In the evening, from 6pm, The Seafood Bar will take over the Tate kitchen to deliver a seven-course tasting menu of local seafood. Matched wines and beers will be available to accompany each course.
The Sunset Bar on the Terrace will continue into the evening, playing Verdant’s specially curated playlist, accompanied by cocktails, beers, and bar snacks.
