“Barrels and furniture are in place, and our new Barrel Store team are ready to go,” says the brewer. “Along with the new and exciting barrel-aged specials, we’ll be offering your favourite Attic beers and cocktails, too!”

The brewery was established in the Stirchley area of Birmingham in 2018 and has fast become a favourite with its local community. Over those four years, the business has experienced 1,400% growth. The team has grown and the brewkit has improved.

“In addition to our pale ales, lagers, and IPAs brewed in Stirchley, we want to create a bar and barrel store in the Jewellery Quarter to bring you mixed fermentation and aged beers, as well as rich velvety barrel-aged stouts,” says the brewer.

The premises in question is a railway arch, perfect for the purpose because it stays cool all year round. As well as the barrel store, where beers will gently age, there will be a bar too, serving all the normal Attic range as well as the aged brews.
