Salford-based Seven Bro7hers Brewing Co is launching two fruit beers into Aldi this summer, branded under the name The Hop Foundry.

Watermelon Wheat Beer (4.5% ABV) and Passion Fruit Pale (5% ABV), both in 440ml cans, will target occasion shoppers looking for something fresher and lighter as the country moves into the ‘bumper bank holiday’ quarter of the year. Both beers are vegan.
“This latest deal has been a fantastic opportunity for Seven Bro7hers to collaborate with a major retailer,” said brewery chief executive, Keith McAvoy.
“We have taken two of our most popular, award-winning beers, and adapted the recipe to make something unique for Aldi customers, working together to ensure we craft delicious beers that tap into their consumer price point.”
Expanding its reach past its in-house webshop, convenience stores, and its own bars, in the last two years Seven Bo7hers has significantly grown its listings portfolio. The brewery is currently listed in nationwide ASDA stores, select Co-Op and Spar stores, Booths Supermarket, and Amazon.
“The Aldi deal broadens our audience reach and provides a new channel of drinkers for our beers,” added Keith. “The deal solidifies our position as one of the fastest-growing craft breweries in the UK.”
