Recognosing the enormous challenges facing the hospitality industry, Northern Monk is introducing a new Patrons Project series working with venues.
The brewer wants to “collaborate with some of our customers’ most loved places to grab a drink, have something to eat, or pick up some cans”.
The first in the series is an 8% ABV double IPA created with The House of Trembling Madness, in York. Trembling Madness has two pubs in York, one a real hidden gem above its cavernous bottle shop.
The beer is made with Mosaic Incognito, Nelson, Mosaic, and Citra, for a juicy and thick hoppy hit.
“Whether you fancy this beer or can visit Trembling Madness or not, we hope you can support your favourite places to grab a drink however possible during these turbulent times of madness,” says the brewer.
“The fightback starts now, and with your support your favourite bars, breweries, and bottle shops can have an amazing 2023 and beyond.”
