Beer Ink is to release a trio of beers inspired by Edgar Wright’s Cornetto Trilogy of films, starring Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.

Cornetto Trilogy

The Lindley, Huddersfield-based brewery will be releasing the beers to 21 venues and ten bottle shops on 31st October. Full details will be revealed soon, but venues signed up so far, including Beer Ink’s own taproom, are:

About the beers

You’ve Got Red on You (4% ABV) is a strawberry sour based on the strawberry Cornetto in Shaun of the Dead.

The Greater Good (6% ABV) is a vanilla and hazlenut white stout based on the Cornetto Classico in Hot Fuzz.

What the F*** Does WTF Mean (8% ABV) is a mint chocolate chip stout based on the mint Cornetto in The World’s End.
