Lallemand is to host a webinar on the low- and no-alcohol beer market, past, present, and future, on 30th March.
Andrew Paterson, Lallemand’s technical sales manager, UK and Scandinavia, and Avi Shayevitz (pictured), the company’s R&D research associate, will cover current modern methods for creating low- and no.alcohol beer.
Themes will include:
