The beers
Tuk Tuk (4.5% ABV): Inspired by the world-renowned lagers of Asia that use rice as part of their recipes. Tuk Tuk is an approachable lager with minimal hop flavour and a refreshing, light body, coupled with lively carbonation.
In Session (4.5% ABV): A crisp and refreshing IPA that is packed with flavour, has a smooth mouthfeel, and is brewed with 100% Centennial hops. It is just bitter enough to know you are drinking an IPA.
Joint Resolution (5.5% ABV): A hazy IPA, hopped with Falconers Flight, Amarillo, and Mosaic, to name a few. The beer has an aroma of mango, orange, and tangerine.
The Public (6% ABV) An American pale ale, The Public emits a heavy floral aroma accented by mild citrus notes, introduced by Centennial hops, supported by a sufficiently balanced malt backbone.
