Award-winning Irish microbrewery Whiplash Beer has announced the launch of an online store in the UK.
The shop has launched with a huge variety of Whiplash’s latest beers, with mixed packs including Smoke Stack Lightnin’ brown ale, Surrender to the Void double IPA, and The Sup porter.
The shop is also stocking Whiplash’s core beers Rollover session IPA and Body Riddle pale ale in a variety of six-, 12- and 24-packs.
Whiplash Beer was founded in 2016 as a side project, releasing one-off beers. It quickly went full time to keep up with demand, eventually leading to Whiplash building its own brewery in Dublin.
Now with a team of 13, Whiplash produces both traditional and modern style beers with four to six limited editions per month. There is also a year-round range of permanent beers. Each beer features original artwork that has become synonymous with the brand.
In the past year the brewery has scooped awards from Beer52 and Honest Brew, and retains its place as Ireland’s number one rated microbrewery on Untappd. In July it will host its second international beer festival, Fidelity.
