Real Drinks Group Ltd has acquired specialist UK beer distributor Beer Britannia. Beer Britannia will operate as part of the Real Drinks Group umbrella with immediate effect.

Real Drinks Group is known for discovering, creating, and bringing exciting new drinks to the market. Working with breweries, spirits producers, ready-to-drink businesses, and vineyards across the UK off-trade, and direct to consumers, the business creates and shares the best quality products available.
The Real Drinks Group distributor business will continue to curate, supply, and package a range of branded and supermarket own-brand drinks for multiples.
Beer Britannia will complement the core product expertise and expand the range of drinks brands supplied by Real Drinks Group into the off-trade market across supermarkets, convenience stores, and off-licences.

Growth plans

Steve and his team will continue within the Real Drinks Group to manage the operation, working alongside the portfolio of breweries and overseeing the full life cycle, supplying brands into all of the major UK supermarkets.
The Real Drinks Group shops will continue to operate as usual, stocking a core range of interesting beers, ciders, wines and spirits from small independent producers from around the world.
