Eko Brewery, which makes beers inspired by African tradition, has been busy with collaborations.

One Day is a 12% ABV imperial stout made with with Merakai Brewing. It has the addition of Zambian coffee beans and Madagascan vanilla, in keeping with Eko’s African-inspired ingredients.

“One Day is a celebration beer,” says the brewer, “made with the sentiment of optimism that, one day, the dreams and aspirations we have for ourselves, friends, and families will come to be.”

Yam NEIPA, meanwhile, has been made with Jaega Wise’s Wild Card Brewery. Hopped with South African varieties African Queen and Southern Passion, thi is set to go down well over Christmas, along with roasts and other festive food.
