Norwich and District CAMRA has confirmed that this year’s Norwich Beer Festival will go ahead, in October.

Running from Monday 25th to Saturday 30th October, the festival will again be hosted at The Halls (St Andrew’s and Blackfriars).

The festival will feature local and national ales, a dedicated cider and perry bar, and a marquee with a world beer bar. Also returning will be the Curiosity Bar, featuring special beers. There will be food, too, of course.

Advance tickets will go on sale soon, but it will also be possible to pay on the door on the day.

This year’s charity is Norfolk SEN Network, supporting parents of children, and young people with, special educational needs. The charity help to find the right educational placement or provision to meet their needs.

Festival organiser, Craig Harmer, said: “We are delighted to once again be organising Norwich Beer Festival and supporting our local breweries. We all missed the festival in 2020 and trust it will again receive the fantastic support of customers, tradespeople, and volunteers.

“Advance tickets are only available for a limited time, so be quick! As ever, we shall be welcoming payment on the door. I would also like to add a special thank you to the breweries who supported the recent Norwich Pub Festival.”

The pub festival took place from 1st July to 8th August. It involved 62 pubs and local breweries, whereby participants could collect up to seven coloured wristbands. Those who completed all trails will be awarded a prize on presentation of their completed stamp sheet (exemptions for some closed pubs) at
the beer festival.
