Seven Bro7hers Brewing Co is launching a summer series of limited-edition beers — the Brewers Series — kicking off with Pineapple Pale Ale.
The brews have been designed by individual members of the Salford brewery’s in-house brewing team. The first has been created by head brewer, Jack Dixon.
Pineapple Pale Ale is a fruity explosion. At 5% ABV, it packs a tangy pineapple punch, perfect for drinkers looking for a light, fresh beer to toast the lifting of restrictions.
Jack said: “For this beer, I wanted to make something smooth, sweet, and super easy drinking. Combining puree and Bru-1 hops really brings out that fruity pineapple flavour. It’s soft and crushable, at a (fairly) ‘sessionable’ ABV, so I’m definitely looking forward to a few pints of it in the sun.”
Jack, who has been with Seven Bro7hers for nearly four years, is part of the team behind some of the company’s most exciting brews, including the recent anniversary 7 series, Kellogg’s upcycled cereal beers, and the award-winning Honeycomb Pale Ale.
