Tickets are £15 and include a welcome pint alongside bratwurst and soft, smoky burnt ends, a Kansas City speciality rarely available in London.

On the taps, London Beer Factory will have two serves from its Barrel Project, two limited edition seasonals, as well as four flagship brews.

Prairie Fire is accepting maximum group bookings of six. There will be social distancing measures and full table service. Tickets can be purchased via bit.ly/londonbeerfactory
