Bear Bars has teamed up with Punch to open a third venue, the Ship Inn, in Wadebridge, which has re-opened as Bear Bar & Kitchen, following a major refurbishment.
The company already has sites in St Agnes and Truro, in Cornwall, serving cask ales, craft beers and cocktails. The food offer includes burgers and steak kebabs, as well as vegan and vegetarian options.
Punch is investing £30m into its estate this year, including putting money into partnerships such as this.
