Manchester-based Seven Bro7hers Brewery and rock band Wolf Alice have launched a collaboration lager, Yuk Brew, named after one of the band’s tracks.
After years of success, Wolf Alice band members Joff, Ellie, Theo and Joel decided they wanted to give a little extra to their fans and create a craft beer they are proud of and a beer they enjoy drinking.
Yuk Brew debuted at the band’s gigs at Victoria Warehouse, Manchester and the Brixton Academy in December.
Meanwhile, Seven Bro7hers has closed a crowdfunding campaign with a £500,000 target after securing ledges of £666,130. The company wants to open four more bars — “the backbone of the whole business” — and expand production, too.
