Round Corner Brewing co-founders Colin Page and Combie Cryan
Round Corner Brewing, a brewery and taproom in the heart of historic Melton Mowbray Market, is being launched next month.
The market is a unique town-meets-country location that’s at the heart of a thriving agricultural economy and gastronomic tradition, known as the ‘UK’s rural food capital’.
Combie Cryan — co-founder with head brewer, Colin Page, said: “We aim to produce premium beers inspired by the unmistakable character of our home.
“Over the last few years of planning and fundraising, we have been hugely fortunate in receiving the enthusiastic support of the local community, from the market and its patrons themselves, to the council and to a variety of local like-minded food businesses, who share our mission to grow the profile of important regional food heritage, support a vibrant local economy and, of course, make iconic beer right here in the East Midlands.”
