The Punch Hotel, in the centre of Hull — a classic example of three-storey Victorian tavern — is being marketed by leisure property specialist Fleurets.
Decorated externally with ornate stone detailing, designed by Smith, Broderick and Lowther, the premises dates from 1845. It was rebuilt in 1895 / 6 as commissioned by the Hull Brewery Company, as part of a re-development of the area. Grade II listed, it is recognised as a masterpiece of architecture.
