Although Young’s Brewery left Wandsworth a few years ago and moved to Bedford where it merged with Wells to create Wells & Young’s, brewing has continued on the Ram Brewery site under John Hatch, one of the Young’s Brewing team. He works as site manager for the property owner Minerva and brews on a non-commercial basis.
As part of Ramsbury Estates, the brewery uses water and barley from its own land. The brewery wasestablished in 2004, although brewing in the area goes back more than 200 years.
