Yes, it is spelled with a lower case m. And yet, the flavour is anything but minimal, and the beer refreshing and satisfying. Very light straw in colour, with a billowing, soft white head, the aroma is fresh, clean, and grassy, a little herbal with some lemon, too. On the palate, grainy light malt is balanced against herbal, spicy hops, with a note of lemon that builds to the finish.
