Lakedown Brewing Co

NEIPA (5.3% ABV, can)
Hazy sand/pear drop colour with a decent white head. Not a huge aroma, but it is a little resinous. There’s a bit more coming through on the palate, with orange citrus and tropical fruit notes. Quite a spicy note, too. I’ve had more booking NEIPAs, but it’s okay.

Lakedown NEIPA

Pale Ale (4.2% ABV, can)
Rich gold with a white head that dies down fairly quickly. Not a big aroma — pine and a hint of malt. It’s nicely balanced with a good backdrop of biscuit malt. There are good lemon citrus hop notes, more pine, and orange pith. Bitterness buids nicely to the finish. A good steady pale.

Lakeside Pale Ale

Pilsner (5% ABV, can)
Deep golden with a thinnish white head, this offers lemon citrus on the aroma. There’s good rich malt sweetness on the palate, nicely bready, countering crisp, zingy hop notes. Beautifully refreshing with a nice dryness.
