Hofmeister (5% ABV, bottle)
Crystal clear bright gold, with good carbonation — small bubbles. The aroma is lightly fruity, with a hint of grass. It holds its head beautifully in its fabulous branded glass. On the palate, it’s crisp, light, and refreshing, with a lovely biscuity malt, giving subtle sweetness. There are light lemon citrus hop notes, a hint of grassiness, and a smidge of spice. The bear is back!
