Wye Valley Brewery

Butty Bach (4.5% ABV, bottle)
Polised deep gold, with a slightly off-white head that laces well, this classic brew is so well balanced. Rich biscuit malt supports herbal, slightly spicy hops, with a hint of berries. Very refreshing, great taste, and easy drinking.

Fandango (4.8% ABV, can)
Golden, with a white head that stays well, this has tropical, slightly citrus fruit notes on the nose. On the palate, there’s lemon, hints of pineapple, and some sherbet, with light malt supporting. Nice bitterness to this well-crafted session pale. Beautifully refreshing.

Wye Valley Fandango

Hopfather (3.9% ABV, bottle)
A fruity, grainy aroma from this effervescent golden brew. Well balanced on the palate, it offers grainy malt against a zingy grapefruit taste. With a crisp, slightly dry finish, this is a delightful session brew.

HPA (4% ABV, bottle)
Polished golden, with a white head. There’s not a strong aroma, but some lemon citrus does come through. On the palate, it’s beautifully balanced and so very, very drinkable. A beautiful biscuit male profile supports English hops (Target and Celeia), which offer citrus notes and a hint of spiciness. It’s a classic session bitter — very moreish!
