A collaboration between XT Brewing and Charles Wells has yielded two new beers, a 3.7% ABV pale ale and a 4.3% speciality amber ale.
Called, respectively, Wet and Wild, the beers are part of Wells’ Wandering Brewer project, which sees it travel to fellow brewers around the country following the sale of its own brewing business to Marston’s.
The beers, brewed at XT, will be available for a limited period in Charles Wells’ pubs.
Meanwhile, XT has announced the return of its XT-25 Xmas Ale, a cold fermented beer in the German alt style. There is also the latest single-hop edition of XT-17, this time featuring the American Chinook variety.
There are two new brews in XT’s Animal range, too: Red Herring (3.9% ABV), a hoppy session IPA, Snow Moo, a 4.6% ‘milkshake’ IPA.
