Windswept Brewing Co is celebrating the launch of two beers with an Indian Summer weekend of live music, food and other entertainment.
On Friday and Saturday (August 31 and September 1) the brewery will launch a citrus tea beer, Indian Summer, as its latest seasonal, and a Märzen, which is a collaboraion brew for a charity beer festival later on in the month.
On the Friday, there will be wood-fired pizzas available from 12.30pm, plus live music later on from 7pm. On Saturday, Windswept is offering a paddle boarding taster — it starts at 10am with coffee at the Tap Room, then it’s off down to the shore where Aquaplay Scotland will provide all the equipment and tuition for a couple of hours on the sea.
From 1pm, there will be a taster of the new beers and a local burger or sausage roll at the bar for all participants. Booking is essential and tickets are £20. For all those who don’t fancying getting wet, the beer will still be available. The barbecue starts from 12.30pm, with live music from 7pm.
