Wild Beer Co, which is crowdfunding to build a new brewery, has been named as a finalist in the BBC Food and Farming Awards.
The brewers will be up against Oliver’s Cider and Perry, in Herefordshire, and Asterly Bros, which makes Italian-recipe Amaro.
Wild Beer Co has currently overshot its £1m crowdfunding campaign by 40%. The money will be used to build a new brewery, visitor centre and barrel ageing facility at the Royal Bath and West Showground.
