JD Wetherspoon is to open its latest Cornish pub in Liskeard, on the former Taylors Garage site in Barras Street. It aims to launch on My 22.
The King Doniert, as the venue will be known, will have two storeys, with a first floor terrace and beer garden. The venture will create 30 jobs.
Wetherspoon spokesman, Eddie Gershon, said: “We believe the pub, The King Doniert, will prove popular with a wide variety of people and be an asset to the town.”
