St Austell Brewery has joined forces with quiz expert and TV personality Mark ‘The Beast’ Labbett for its latest on-trade campaign for flagship IPA Proper Job.

Publicans who stock Proper Job will be in with a chance of winning one of 50 Proper Pub Quiz packs and a quiz night hosted by The Beast himself.  

As well as outlet tips for making the most out of hosting a pub quiz, Proper Pub Quiz packs include branded Proper Job clothing for the winning team, plus a quiz master cap, pens, and branded assets for promoting the quiz night.

Proper Job (4.5% ABV) is one of St Austell Brewery’s most celebrated beers — a big, bold, and powerfully hopped IPA that explodes with citrus, pineapple, and grapefruit notes. Brewed with Cornish spring water, punchy American hops, and the finest quality malt, it’s strong in flavour, with a crisp and refreshing finish. Proper Job enjoyed a buoyant 2019, with draught volumes of the award-winning brew up 36%.
