Six Degrees North is moving its beer range from bottles to cans, which will launch on Thursday, 29th April.

The launch will see the brewery move the majority of its beers from 330ml bottles to 330ml and 440ml cans, in a shift that has been long in the making. There will be a core range of beers available all year round, plus many collaborations and seasonal releases.

Managing director, Robert Lindsay, said: “We’re absolutely thrilled to release our new cans. It’s a project we’ve been planning for a long time and it feels great to see it finally come to fruition.

“We have lots of plans for many exciting new beers and we are hopeful that our cans will kick us onwards and upwards into the next Six°North chapter! The last 12-plus months have been an incredibly difficult time for everyone, including the brewing industry, but we are delighted that we’ve been able to find a positive outcome with the launch of our new rebranded cans!”

The direction and focus of the brand has evolved in recent years and the new branding is a reflection of this. Six°North started brewing beers in its hometown of Stonehaven eight years ago.

Six°North cans will be stocked at independent bottle shops across the UK from Thursday, 29th April. A full list of stockists can be found here. All of the new cans will be available to buy directly from the Six°North online store from 6th May.

Some 330ml cans from our core range will be stocked at selected Sainsbury’s and Morrisons stores across Scotland from 12th May. These are: Omnium Session IPA, Wanderlust Wheat, Hopclassic Belgian IPA, and Framboise Raspberry Beer (Sainsbury’s only).
