Hall & Woodhouse (Badger Ales)

Badger: Poacher’s Choice (5.7% ABV, bottle)
Deep copper, with light carbonation and an off-white head, the impromptu Beer Today tasting panel loved this. With date sweetness from the malt, flavours detached ranged from Refresher sweets to raspeberry ripple ice cream. With a good body, there’s a hint of winter spicing. Delicious. (13-01-2017)

Badger: Wild Wader (4.2% ABV, bottle)
Bright and deep golden, this bitter is fresh, zingy and vibrant, very clean tasting and quite dry, with a good mouthfeel. Grassy and ┬ábit herbal, with hints of lemon citrus, there’s some sulphur in the background. Lemon notes build in a decent long finish. (13-01-2017)
