This Friday (May 25) Londoner’s will have the chance to start their bank holiday weekend with a beer giveaway, thanks to Ireland’s Porterhouse Brewing Company.

Londoners are being challenged to hunt down London’s oldest Irish pub — The Tipperary, on Fleet Street — and the first 300 through the door will be greeted with a free bottle of the limited edition Bounty Hunter to quench their thirst and kickstart their bank holiday weekend.

The nitro coconut porter (5.2% ABV) is described as a roasted chocolate adventure in a glass, where the sweetness of the coconut envelopes the voluptuous curves of the full-bodied porter. Both refreshing and warming, this brew will evoke the spirit of warm sultry shores during the colder spring nights, says the brewer.

Porterhouse Brewing Company recently launched its €6 million state-of-the-art brewery in Dublin to keep up with rising demand in the UK and Europe.

The brewery’s most recent release, Bounty Hunter, is the winning creation of The Porterhouse Beer Project. Serving as a hub for innovation and collaboration, the project to further the brand’s pioneering journey. Employees throughout the group, from the hyper-local brewers to the international sales teams further afield, were challenged to apply their skills and knowledge from the market landscape to develop and create a beer that would appeal to existing and the new generations of craft beer drinkers.
