The Old Ferry Inn, at Bodinnick, near Fowey, in Cornwall, has come back on the market just a year after it was last sold.

Bob Seabourne has carried out extensive infrastructure work on the property, but has decided to move back to Somerset.

Ed Jefferson, of agent Colliers, said: ” This genuine, characterful inn makes an ideal stopover for people taking one of the main walking routes that begin and end at the property, and the steady stream of motorists heading further into the peninsula.”
