Black Isle Morocco White IPA

Black Isle Brewery is are throwing a launch party on March 12 at Alby’s, Leith, for the release of its new seasonal beer, Morocco White IPA.

The talented team at Alby’s have designed a special one-off Moroccan inspired menu, using organic Hebridean lamb and fresh produce from the Black Isle Brewery farm, in Munlochy.

All the dishes will be paired with samples of Morocco White IPA, as well as a selection of other Black Isle beers. The event will also feature tunes from local DJ Hiba Abdllh.

In addition to the Alby’s event, Black Isle Brewery is partnering with 11 bars across Scotland and Newcastle, including its own bars in Inverness and Fort William, to be the first venues to pour Morocco on draught.

Aidy Fenwick, marketing manager at Black Isle Brewery, said: “We’re excited to launch our latest seasonal release, Morocco White IPA. It’s beautifully balanced, with big aromatic hops, fresh organic oranges, and grapefruit peel.

“Morocco gives a gentle nod to a wit bier, so it’s the perfect IPA for those who are looking for a bit of variety in their hoppy styles’.”

The public is invited to attend the 11 participating venues on Friday (March 13) to try the beer for the first time, before it becomes available at other venues the following week. The beer will also become available from retailers, including Flavourly.com, from Friday.
