Russell Danks, founder of Future Factory London, has been appointed marketing and strategy director at Punch.
Punch chief executive, Clive Chesser, said: “This is a really exciting time for Punch as we build a bold and dynamic business, and I am thrilled that Russell will be joining the team.

Before founding Future Factory London, Russell held senior executive roles with Greene King, KFC and P&O Cruises. His consultancy has established a reputation for helping businesses deliver bold strategic plans that land with pace and urgency.
