Langford Cricket Club, in Oxfordshire, has announced the return of its Beer Festival, on Sunday, May 27.
The free-to-attend event will feature a beer tent with more than 20 ales and lagers and 12 ciders, plus, new for this year, a gin & Pimm’s tent featuring a range of local gins.
In addition to the bigger range of drinks, the food menu has expanded, too, thanks to the local pub, The Bell Inn, providing some dishes fusing top-quality local produce.
There will also be live music acts, a cricket tournament and an array of other activities to keep families entertained.
Tom Stevens, one of the event organisers and captain of the club’s first team, said: “The beer fest was launched last year and was a huge success, so we’ve decided to make it even bigger and better this year.
“The fantastically friendly local event brings our local village communities together to enjoy top-quality food, drink and entertainment, all in the beautiful environmental of Langford Cricket Club.”
