The team at The Kings Arms in Bexleyheath, London, are celebrating reaching the final of the prestigious Great British Pub Awards 2018.

The pub recently re-opened following an extensive refurbishment project, which saw the venue transformed with modernised amenities and a new look and feel, whilst still staying true to its historic roots. Serving the local community for more than 175 years, the public house has a new interior and a new menu.

Nominated in the best managed pub category at the Great British Pub Awards, The Kings Arms offers a wide range of pub food, as well as an array of drinks, picked for their taste and quality.

Landlord and owner, Peter Marshall (pictured), said: “We set out to breathe new life into the town centre, and reinvigorate the great British pub. After only ten weeks, we have already reached the final of these national awards — something we could never have dreamt of!

“The team have worked incredibly hard to create something truly special, and we have much more still to offer the Bexleyheath community.”
