London bar The Anthologist has teamed up with Harbour Brewing Co for Harbour Nights, bringing a taste of Cornwall to the capital.

There will be Harbour beers on tap and weekly menu specials made using pork reared at the Harbour Brewery farm.

Each menu item will be designed by head chef Yann Baril, using the best and most beautiful hand-picked produce inspired by the Cornish coast, and paired with Harbour craft beer.

During the limited period, guests can also enjoy a bespoke beer flight, sampling three selected Harbour beers from the range available behind the bar.

Dominic Gillard, general manager at The Anthologist, said: “We’re really excited to work with Harbour Brewery, and to have their uniquely brewed beers on offer. We think that beer and food are a match made in heaven, and we’re looking forward to showing customers how a range of tastes can be enjoyed with a refreshing beer.”

For those looking to delve deeper into the pairing experience, Harbour Nights will also offer two VIP evenings, in the private dining room at The Anthologist, which will be decorated to further bring to life the Cornish seaside concept.

On November 7 and 14, guests are invited to join this luxurious dinner for a taste of the West Country in the heart of London. Alongside the dinner, guests will learn more about the different beers and their flavour profiles, and how to match different beers to different dish types.
