A limited number of seats are available for the fourth Brewers Lectures event, organised by the Brewers Journal, in Bristol on October 16.
The session will feature a host of brewing luminaries across two sessions, with a beer tasting in between.
The first session will focus on brewing ingredients and methods, and the second will look at brewing as a business, challenges to growth and business models.
The speakers are: Ed Mason, of the Five Points Brewing Company; Mike Marcus, of Chorlton Brewing Company; Robert Percival, of yeast specialist Lallemand; Adam Robertson, of Verdant Brewing Company; Roger Ryman, of St Austell Brewery; and Phil Lowry, of Simply Hops.
