The Fence pub, in Farringdon, London, has taken on a verdant new look celebrating all things vegetable between now and June 2.

The transformation coincided partly with National Vegetarian Week and saw Fuller’s Kitchen create an all vegetarian and vegan menu, complemented with a selection of vegan wines and beers.

The Fuller’s Veggie Kitchen menu includes small plates, burgers, salads and evening platters, such as pulled jack fruit tacos, Genoa pancake with spring vegetables, courgette and pine nut pesto, and Kentucky fried seitan burger filled with vegan slaw.

There are also sides, dips, and a pudding menu with vegan caramelised mango crumble, almond Anglaise and creamed coconut rice, banana and caramelised coconut.
