Skinner’s Brewery has strengthened its core range with the addition of Sennen, a session strength (3.8% ABV), dry-hopped, IPA-style brew.

It is the first draught product to be added to the core range for five years, and the first Skinner’s core brew available in a 330ml bottle.

Sennen was previously seasonal, launched seven years ago. Since being promoted to the core range, the recipe has been refreshed and it is now dry hopped.

Brewery founder, Steve Skinner, said: “Everyone at Skinner’s is really excited to welcome Sennen to the core range. Anyone who has visited Sennen Cove knows just how beautiful it is and we’re proud to have created a brew which is deserving of the name.

“Sennen is a very special brew for us and claims two firsts for a product in the core range — it’s the first to be sold in 330ml bottles, and the first to be dry-hopped in the fermenter. The depth of hop flavour in Sennen is simply superb, and we can’t wait to see what else we can do with this technique. Keep your eyes peeled for more dry-hopped brews from Skinner’s in the future.”
