The entry deadline for this year’s SIBA Business Awards has been extended from today until February 16.
The awards recognise excellence in the brewing industry across a variety of categories, from pumpclip, can and bottle design, to efforts taken by brewers to make their business more eco-friendly, innovative or successful.
The awards also have categories for bars, restaurants, retailers and companies promoting independent craft beer in the UK.
Awards organiser, Neil Walker, said: “Whilst we have received record numbers of entries so far, we have had a number of breweries and businesses contact us regarding the awards, asking for more time to pull together their entry ahead of the proposed deadline.
“In order to give all possible entrants a chance to submit their entries, we have decided to extend the submission deadline by a few weeks and will now be accepting SIBA Business Awards entries, including the pub and bar award categories, in association with Inapub, up to and including February 16.”
The awards ceremony will take place at 6pm on Wednesday, March 14, the first day of BeerX UK 2018, being held in its new home at the Exhibition Centre, Liverpool.
