England comes out of lockdown on 2nd December (not the 3rd, as had been previously thought) and there will be new rules to follow as we continue to fight the virus.

Pubs can re-open in tier 1 areas with table service only. In tier 2, they can only serve alcohol with a substantial meal. In tier 3, oubs and bars will be closed, except for those offering take-away and/or delivery. Indoor gatherings of different households are banned in tiers 2 and 3, including those in pubs. Tier levels in deifferent areas will be revealed on Thursday, 26th November.

Where pubs are open, last orders will be at 10pm (the 10pm curfew has been scrapped). Customers will have one hour to finish their food or drinks before mandatory closing at 11pm.

Up to three households will be allowed to meet up between Wednesday, 23rd December, and Sunday, 27th December, but not in hospitality settings, such as pubs or bars.
