Change of use: how the new interior is envisaged

The Oklahoma Office of Management and Enterprise Services has accepted COOP Ale Works’ proposal to acquire and redevelop the city’s 23rd Street Armoury.

The exterior of the building will be maintained to honour the building’s unique history, with modern refreshes, including updated windows.

The interior will be transformed into a bustling brewery production floor, full-service restaurant, 22-room boutique hotel, multiple event spaces, offices and meeting rooms. The project is set yo cost $20m.
