Burning Sky Brewery will be providing the beer at the next Tate Modern tap takeover, on October 31.

This is a true farmhouse brewery, on the South Downs, occupying refurbished buildings in a rural village called Firle. The brewers have a love of both punchy hop-forward pales and Belgian beer tradition.

On the evening, guests will be able to taste six of Burning Sky’s craft brews, ranging in ABV and style. From Saison de Fete, which has been brewed with a blend of noble hops and subtle spices, to Indecision Time, a modern pale ale that changes from brew to brew to highlight an individual new world hop.

Burning Sky will also be available to talk to on the night for an insight into the independent brewery, as well as providing a chance to learn more about their beers and the brewing process.
