Tate Modern is to celebrate the launch of Koshu Brut Session IPA, a new Uniqlo Tate Lates beer, made in collaboration with Gipsy Hill Brewing Co.

Gipsy Hill Tate cansTo mark the launch there will be a special tap takeover at the venue on Thursday (October 25) with beer, art, live music and stone-baked pizza. Guests will have the chance to preview the new beer for free.

Koshu Brut Session IPA has been created especially for Uniqlo Tate Lates, inspired by Japanese koshu wine. The result is a dry, light and effervescent beer. Notes of peach and stone fruits from the hops are reminiscent of the koshu grape, and the crisp finish leaves you with the sensation of sparkling wine.

Guests will also have the chance to sample five beers from Gipsy Hill’s collection of moreish, full-flavoured brews. Tate Chefs have also created a pizza menu to pair with these beers. All five pairing pizzas will be available on the night for £10.50.
