To celebrate its fifith anniversary, Vocation Brewery has come up with new variations of its best-selling Love & Hate NEIPA as part of its Versions series.

Vocation Love Hate

Versions is all about re-imaging elements of a particular brew. The new releases comprise a double IPA, a sour IPA, and a triple-dry-hopped IPA.

The double IPA (8.6% ABV) offers juicy citrus and stonefruit aromas from the classic pairing of Citra and Galaxy hops, over a base brew bolstered by extra oats and wheat for a richer, more satisfying body.

The dry hops have been ramped up to pack even more of a punch at the same ABV (7.2%) in the triple-dry hopped version. An authentic Vermont yeast strain and a big dose of oats in the base give huge citrus and stonefruit aromas and a silky-smooth mouthfeel to contrast with big punchy hop flavours.

And, finally, there’s Love & Hate reconstructed as a 7.2% ABV sour IPA. A smooth, creamy oat and wheat base fermented with Vermont yeast, with the addition of Lactobacillus to add extra impact to up the sour citrus profile of Citra and Galaxy hops.
