Known for brewing a range of clean, clear, and crisp beers, Bruha Brewery has now created its most complex and luxurious beer, Bruha XO, coming in at 8.5% ABV.
Aged in whisky and oloroso sherry barrels, Bruha XO uses best-quality crystal malt, rye, and wheat. There’s a heady aroma and a smooth finish.
To highlight its credential, the beer has already won its first award, in the people’s vote at Norwich Beer Festival.
“We are excited to launch our new barrel-aged beer, Bruha XO, which we have created to celebrate the ageing process,” said Bruha managing director, Rob Breakwell.
“Using the old whisky and sherry barrels brings about wonderful residual flavours in the beer, such as caramel, vanilla, and charred oak notes. It creates a great-tasting and balanced beer that we expect to be very popular.”
Bruha XO is available in 440ml cans.
