Organic businesses Black Isle Brewery and Karma Drinks have collaborated on a refreshing summer raspberry radler.

Black Isle Karma

Black Isle Brewing Co has been pioneering organic brewing since 1998, creating world-class beers in the Scottish Highlands. It uses the finest organic malt and hops, grown on farms without chemicals.

The Karma Drinks crew bring ten years of craft soda experience, making organic and Fairtrade soft drinks including its iconic Lemony Lemonade and latest addition, Razza Raspberry lemonade.

Razza Radler, launched today, comes in at just 2.5%. The flavour comes from Karma’s Razza Raspberry Lemonade, which is packed full of natural raspberry, organic Sicillian lemons, and Fairtrade cane sugar, all of which has been blended with Black Isle Blonde lager.

Mike Gladwin, of Black Isle Brewery, said: “We love radlers and we wanted to make a great one, but for that you need a great lemonade, and that is not our area of expertise. Thankfully, Karma Drinks are a dab hand at delicious organic soft drinks, and they were excited to be involved.”

The brewery’s marketing manager, Aidy Fenwick, added: “It’s important for us to work with other organic businesses, as this is at the heart of everything we do at Black Isle, so Karma were a natural fit.”
